Pancho has often been asked how he developed his training material.  For him, it was a quest.

"For a long time I struggled to meet targets in my sales job. This pain led me to hunt down people and knowledge that could help me to be a better sales person and achieve the success I craved so badly.  Even though I knew I was not successful, there was always a burning desire to achieve, to be successful. I accepted from many well-meaning managers that sales was a “numbers' game” and to a certain extent that is true. However it was difficult to reconcile this with why the successful sales people were making fewer calls and closing more deals.  What I discovered was that these successful sales people were very good at reading people."

Pancho's training and development courses evolved from the need to develop himself; to make him a better sales person to achieve more and succeed faster

The training was developed from the need of companies to have something more substantial than standard industry based courses that taught everyone the same thing, i.e. technique based courses.
